For the 2026 season, Bauer has created the Fly30 Roller Hockey Skate based on its ice hockey counterpart, with added roller features such as the Flexlite Chassis, Bauer Street Wheel, and Abec 5 bearings. Other notable features include the DigiComp Quarter Package, Microfiber Liner, and the Pro Stock 40oz Tongue.
Boot Construction & Stiffness Profile
A DigiComp Quarter Package is found in the Bauer Fly30’s, creating a competitive composition without being bulky and difficult to skate in. The Fly30 has the ability to be heat molded as well in the upper portion of the skate.
Liner
The Bauer Fly30 will come stock with a sublimated microfiber liner. The liner allows moisture-wicking technology to be present when playing, as well as adding an additional layer of comfort.
Tongue
The Vapor Fly30 comes with the Pro Stock 40oz Felt Tongue, providing great protection against lace bite and impact and ensuring a professional-level fit.
Bearings, Chassis & Wheels
The Flexlite Chassis will come stock in the Fly30, a significant upgrade from its predecessor, the Vapor X3 Roller Skate. The skate will be equipped with Abec 5 bearings and the Bauer Street Wheel (82A).
Sizing
