At TheHockeyShop, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and packaging, into a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
