This stick is constructed with a one-piece blade, high flex profile, and a pure carbon shaft and paddle, to make this stick lightweight and durable. With a variety of paddle lengths and colors, this stick is a great option for goalies.
Paddle & Blade Construction
The paddle and blade on the Tacks goalie stick have been constructed with a one-piece design. This completely redesigned paddle geometry has now been built in a single mold with the blade, providing better material distribution and increased durability. The blade features Sigmatex material to enhance the durability, while the paddle features pure carbon, which allows the stick to be durable while still being lightweight.
CCM also designed this goalie stick to have double steep shoulders. This shoulder construction is designed to improve hand position and reduce the overall weight of the stick for goaltenders.
Stick Technology
Throughout the stick, CCM uses pure carbon technology. This carbon technology is great at helping create a stick that’s both light and strong.
Stick Flex Profile
The Tacks goalie stick is designed with a new high flex profile, combined with a stiff paddle and a softer shaft. This flex profile has been developed to enable easier puck stopping along the board and zone clearances when needed.
Shaft Construction
The shaft is designed with a variable “V” geometry with a shorter shaft. The unique double geometry on the shaft is designed to ensure total control inside or outside the crease while reducing stick twist.

The CCM Tacks Intermediate Goalie Stick comes in a 23” paddle length in left and right hand options, all of which have the P4 blade pattern. This goalie stick is also offered in Green, Navy, Red, Royal, White, and Yellow.
The P4 features a deep curve that allows for more powerful passes, making it easier to quickly move the puck up the ice.
